Jakarta Provincial Government will inaugurate Jak Grosir in August to strengthen Jakarta Inflation Control Team (TPID) in controlling product prices.

According to him, Jak Grosir will cooperate with farmers in surrounding area for supplying staple foods and other goods.
Djarot: Transaction in Jak Grosir will Be Pointed to Non-Cash"Later on, goods supplied to Jakarta are already cleaned. Such as yam delivered without stem and coconut without coir. This is what we called Jak Grosir," he said.
Besides building Jak Grosir, he continued, Jakarta Provincial Government will also build Jak Mart in each Children-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces (RPTRA)s in City.
"We will build in RPTRA thus many distributions can be conducted. This is just for small merchants or grocery stores," he closed.
